Dr. Scott Biely

Dr. Scott Biely PT, DPT, PhD, OCS, MTC, received a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy and a Master’s Degree in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh, a Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of St. Augustine, and a PhD degree in Rehabilitation Science from Drexel University. Dr. Biely is certified in Manual Therapy through the University of St. Augustine and is a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy.

He is an Associate Professor at Neumann University, where he teaches in the Physical Therapy Program, and also works clinically at Optimum Physical Therapy, specializing in the treatment of spinal dysfunction. His research interests include spinal stability, motor control of the lumbar spine, and effects of lumbar spine manipulation.
